Disney+ is the way to go with this one, now. If you don't mind lower quality, there's also this YouTube channel.
The Comic
Not that I'm advocating piracy or anything (the Quackworks Crimebots will come get me), but TPB has at least the trade of the first four issues as a CBR. I highly suggest shelling out the money for it, if only to support the writers and artists - I've traded tweets with a few of them and they're terrific people who grew up with the show just like I did, and loved what they did while they were able to do it.
Trade Paperback of The Duck Knight Returns on Amazon
For the interested, there are 3 more arcs after that: Crisis on Infinite Darkwings, FOWL Disposition, and Campaign Carnage, as well as a gorgeous Annual with a cover that lovingly spoofs The Killing Joke. The final arc is a crossover with the Ducktales comic, so you'd need the last two issues of that, as well, to get the full story. Again, trade paperback is probably the way to go, there.
Okay, that's enough out of me - I'll stop before I go full tilt fan overboard. :)
