[Fenton ducked under the eaves under the front door in an attempt to get out of the rain that was still coming down. Lacking an umbrella, he'd pulled his jacket up over his head, but it didn't help much. He held his suitcase containing the Gizmosuit in one hand, and a plastic bag in his other; a quick stop at a nearby convenience store for some packaged soup and hot chocolate powder. That had been his excuse to leave Drake's place in the first place, and after today, such things felt sorely needed.]
Well that whole thing could have gone better... [he mumbled lowly to himself. Gizmoduck generally didn't fare too well in the water. There wasn't nearly enough to short out his systems or anything, thank goodness... but it still caused the odd glitch here and there. What was worse, though, was when the odd water droplet got past the seams in the armor, and got inside the suit. Especially the neck seam. It was very uncomfortable to have cold droplets of water trickling down your back, and being unable to do anything about it. Also flying in the driving rain was no fun. He could still fly, but his helicopter blades sent the water spraying everywhere, and it didn't help with the poor visibilty. He had the little windshield wiper going on his visor almost the entire time he was out there! Well... at least they'd managed to help all the stranded people, in the low-lying section of town.]
[Now he was just standing outside of Drake's door, shivvering, and realizing that as a visitor, he had no key. He rang the doorbell, then knocked quickly on the door.] Ahh... Drakearoonie? It's Fenton. I'm back. Can you let me in?
